Exercise Your Rights

Submit a request to access, correct, port, or raise a grievance about your personal data.

Identity verification: To prevent fraudulent requests against your data, we ask for your account number along with the email or phone we have on file. We will respond within 30 days for most requests, and within 90 days for grievances (per DPDP Rule 14(3)).
The account number on your invoice (e.g. ACC-2024-00001).
The email address or phone number we have on file for you.
Describe what data you want to access, correct, port, or complain about. The more specific, the faster we can act.
If you are submitting this request on behalf of the Data Principal as a designated nominee, enter your nominee reference number.
